Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Ticket2bthere.com. The following are the rules or "Terms" that govern use of the Ticket2bthere.com Web site ("Site"). By using or visiting the Site, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site. Ticket2bthere.com reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Please check this page of the Site periodically. If you violate these Terms of Use, Ticket2bthere.com may cancel your ticket order.

Booking Conditions & Terms Of Payment

("the Client") when the client has confirmed requirements by, inter alias, web, facsimile, letter, written order form or telephone and Ticket2bthere.com have accepted such a booking-an invoice being proof of such acceptance.

1. The Contract

   A contract shall be deemed to have been made between Ticket2bthere.com and the booking client.

2. Services Provided

   Ticket2bthere.com are a worldwide broker of event tickets. We specialise in obtaining hard to get tickets to sold out events. Through our many sources we are able to get a wide variety of seats to almost any event in any city. Due to the efforts and costs involved, all seats are sold at above face value.

3. Policies

   Tickets for all major events are subject to acceptable availability. Due to the nature of the business, delivery of the tickets may be as late as the day of the event. Odd amounts of tickets cannot be guaranteed together, neither can rows or sections.

   In events where we can not deliver the tickets due to whatever unforeseen circumstances, your money will be refunded and a 25% discount given on whatever your next booking may be. You must also accept that we are not liable for any travelling cost or expenses incurred going to such countries, places and venues.

4. Price

   All prices quoted are exclusive of Vat. In event of the rate of Vat being increased between the acceptance of a booking and an event the client shall be liable to pay such increase before tickets are issued. The premium charged above the face value of tickets, to Sold Out Events, reflect our costs of obtaining preferred seating and are based on supply demand and seat location on your preferred date. The face value of the tickets purchased is displayed via the more info button next to each category and price. If your first choice of ticket is not available we reserve the right to upgrade or downgrade (partial refund) the order to the next available category or to cancel the order with a full refund. All deposits are non refundable.

5. Payment -Tickets Only

   5.1 » The full price of the booking must be paid immediately upon acceptance of the booking. Once a booking has been made tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

   5.2 » Should an event for any reason be cancelled or rescheduled Ticket2bthere.com will strictly only be liable for the face value of the ticket.

   5.3 » All payments are processed through XLH Limited / DMD Sales Limited / and other payment sources of which you will always be informed.

6. Cancellation or Variations by the Client

   6.1 » Any notice of cancellation by the client of a booking or part of a booking must be made in writing by letter sent by recorded delivery to Ticket2bthere.com.

   6.2 » Any request by the client for a variation to a booking must be made in writing by letter sent by recorded delivery to Ticket2bthere.com at the above address and is only effective if accepted in writing by Ticket2bthere.com.

7. Consequences of Cancellation by the Client

   7.1 » Cancellation by the client- Corporate Hospitality, Special Events and Tickets with Corporate Hospitality If a booking or part of a booking is cancelled by the client more than sixty days before the event the client shall be liable for 25% of the total price of the booking. If a booking or part of a booking is cancelled by the client less than sixty days before the event the client shall be liable for the total price of the booking.

   7.2 » Under special circumstances where cancellations occur after 7 days, refunds are at the discretion of the company. In the event of refund being made, such refund will be returned to the source card only.

8. Alterations to advertised packages

   8.1 » All advertised packages are subject to availability

   8.2 » Every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised packages but any package may be altered or omitted or dates changed either before of after confirmation of the booking. Were such alterations, omissions or changes of date occur prior to the confirmation of the booking. Ticket2bthere.com accepts no contractual liability. Where such alterations, omissions or changes of dates occur after confirmation of the booking, Ticket2bthere.com agrees to use reasonable endeavours (such reasonable endeavours to be strictly subject to the organisers/promoters of events and/or other third parties making alternative packages available and further subjects to Ticket2bthere.com right to change the price applicable) to provide a reasonable alternative package and the client agrees to accept such reasonable alternative package.

   8.3 » Ticket2bthere.com have the right to change the price applicable to a booking (upwards or downwards) at any time prior to a booking being accepted.

9. Weather

   Weather conditions may affect travel to and from the event and may cause a postponement or cancellation of the event. Such circumstances are beyond the control of Ticket2bthere.com and accordingly no refund for unused services, or allowance for the loss or enjoyment caused by weather conditions will be made by Ticket2bthere.com.

10. Transportation

    Ticket2bthere.com shall not be held responsible for damages, delays, cancellation or unavailability of public or private transportation caused by an act of God, by acts of war, riot, civil commotion, by an act of state, by strikes, fire, flood, restricted availability, or by the occurrence of any other event beyond the control of Ticket2bthere.com.

11. Liability of Ticket2bthere.com

    11.1 » The client hereby acknowledges that Ticket2bthere.com acts as agent of the client in arranging the booking and that Ticket2bthere.com will not be liable for any misrepresentations, negligence, contractual or tortuous loss of any kind whatsoever suffered by the client or any due to any act or omission by or on behalf of any third party.

    11.2 » In any event Ticket2bthere.com shall not be liable for death or personal injury suffered by the client or it's guests arising out of the booking. This limitation of liability shall also extend to any loss or damage sustained by property or belongings of the client or any of the client's guests or for any further costs, demands or expenses incurred or suffered by the client arising out of the booking.

    11.3 » Ticket2bthere.com will not be liable for any cancellation of or alteration to the booking or any loss or damage to the client arising out of circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to any act of god, natural disaster or act of terrorism.

11.4 }} Any group bookings have to be cleared by a member of staff by email(sales@ticket2bthere.com) or phone(02075827044).

12 .Law and Construction

The contract of these terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law and Ticket2bthere.com and the client hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in all matters regarding the contracts and these Terms and Conditions.

13. Permitted Use

You agree that you are only authorised to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of this Site for your own personal use, and that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this Site for any purpose other than to review event and promotional information, for personal use, or to purchase tickets or merchandise for your personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorized by Ticket2bthere.com to do so. The content and software on this Site is the property of Ticket2bthere.com and/or its suppliers.

14. Disclaimers

Ticket2bthere.com does not promise that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, nor that it will provide specific results from use of the Site or any Content, search or link on it. The Site and its Content are delivered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Ticket2bthere.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including also any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Ticket2bthere.com will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Site, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, and punitive and consequential damages.

Ticket2bthere.com makes no guarantee of any specific result from use of this Site or use of the Ticket2bthere.com service.

Ticket2bthere.com is not responsible for the products, services, actions or failure to act of any venue, performer, promoter or other third party in connection with or referenced on the Site.

15. Ownership of Materials

materials on Ticket2bthere.com website are copyrighted and are protected under treaty provisions and worldwide copyright laws. Ticket2bthere.com materials may not be reproduced, copied, edited, published, transmitted or uploaded in any way without Ticket2bthere.com written permission. Except as expressly stated in the limited licence provision of these terms and conditions, Ticket2bthere.com does not grant any express or implied right to you under any of its trademarks, copyrights or other proprietary information.

16. Violation of the Terms

You understand and agree that in Ticket2bthere.com sole discretion, and without prior notice, Ticket2bthere.com may terminate your access to the Site, cancel your ticket order or exercise any other remedy available and remove any unauthorized User Content, if Ticket2bthere.com believes that the User Content you provided has violated or is inconsistent with these Terms of Use violated the rights of Ticket2bthere.com, another User or the law. You agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy to Ticket2bthere.com for violations of these terms and conditions and you consent to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations. Ticket2bthere.com may release user information about you if required by law or subpoena, or if the information is necessary or appropriate to release to address an unlawful or harmful activity. Ticket2bthere.com are not required to provide any refund to you if you are terminated as a User because you have violated these Terms of Use.

17. Limitation on Liability

Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will Ticket2bthere.com be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits, even if Ticket2bthere.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

18. Disputes

This site is controlled and operated by Ticket2bthere.com from its offices in the United Kingdom. If there is any dispute about or involving the Site, by using the Site, you agree that the dispute will be governed and construed by English law. In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, or your use of or access to this site, litigation must be brought in court in London, England without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

19. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Ticket2bthere.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, including also your use of the Site to provide a link to another site or to upload content or other information to the Site.

20. Events Cancellations:

If an event is cancelled , and a new date is given , all clients will be given a full refund and asked to re-book again. However the client is not obligated to re-book but we are obligated to refund the full amount.
